Instant Upper Back Pain Relief With Some Simple Exercises

I have two exercises I use to perform when my upper back is killing me, try them out and see if they’ll work for you also:
This is a very easy to do exercise and you can literally do it everywhere:
Exercise #01: The shoulder shrug
Stand in a natural relaxed posture and move your shoulders up and down 10-20 times. I’m sure you’ll feel that this is helping you right away…
Exercise #02: Stretching of the thoracic area
A: Start by sitting on a stool and grab the back of your head with both your hands (just as if you were doing push-ups). Next, stretch your back backwards and look upwards as you do so. Repeat this 10-20 times.
B: Next, sit on the floor with your legs stretched out. Bend your head and neck downwards and try to “kiss your navel”. Keep stretching like this for 10-15 seconds. Then return to the starting positions and repeat 5-10 times.
These exercises should help you getting relief from your back pains.

All the exercises are targeted for relieving back pains and this is not just some random guy who wrote a book. Jesse Cannone (the author) has worked with back pain patients for over 15 years!
Con’s:
Now, even though I really liked the “Lose The Back Pain System“, there were a few things they could’ve done better, in my opinion…
This isn’t for everyone… If you have an appointment with your doctor or a chiropractic clinic, you show up and you get the exercises done. With this course, you need to keep yourself motivated…
Second, it’s not for free… It does cost money and some might even think that for a digital product, it costs too much. However, it’s still a lot cheaper than regular visits to a chiropractic clinic.
Finally, you might not get results! Everyone is not the same and even though this program already has helped a lot, I’m sure that some didn’t get any results.

Conclusion:
