First of all… I’m kind of a natural guy… I mean, if possible, gimme a natural back pain remedy solution. Know what I mean?

Now, some has upper back pain and others have lower back pain…

You should know that there can be a big difference in the cause of back pain, depending on where it is.

So, there are many ways you can get relief of your back pain… For example, you could eat a whole bunch of pain killers.

But that wouldn’t solve the root of the problem, would it?

Anyway, here’s my top 5 back pain remedy list:

  5. Magnesium
  6. Yoga
  7. Breathing exercises

  10. Long walks

Now, I won’t go into details on each one of these right now and I’m sure you’ve probably heard about these back pain relief solutions before…
